February Wishlist

Theres nothing i love more than looking through the "new in" on sites like Net-A-Porter.com, Selfridges and ASOS. With everyone internet shopping now if something new and gorgeous comes in then everyone wants it, and although i don't really have the money right now i do love to buy before it all gets sold out. At the moment i can't (unfortunatly) justify spend £225 on a bag (no matter how much i want it). I had seen this one come onto Net-A-Porter sometime ago and it sold out within a few days, then it came on the "what new" section again.. but like i said i really can't spend that much money right now. So looking just a minute ago it is now sold out again. Bad times. This is the beauty i would love to get my hands on.

Im on the hunt for a new day bag, not to expensive but a good quality one. Ive been looking on Selfridges website for a while and recently found this Marc by Marc Jacobs bag.

Its called the Preppy Natasha Shoulder bag and it cost £310. Now i know i just said i can't spend £225 on a bag but this would be my everyday bag, right? so it would be ok?..  Maybe a future purchase? Im not quite sure how big this is though, i do carry alot around in my bag ive got makeup bag, purse, diary, note book and pen, hand sanitiser, hand cream, sat nav, and other rubbish. Maybe it would be a good time to have a sort out.

As in my previous post im still lusting after the Mulberry Continental Purse, £230 from John Lewis i really want this! One day..



Ive found this cute site called http://www.daisy-stacking-rings.co.uk/ . They sell loads of cute rings and necklaces at really affordable prices. I love them all but i think im going to buy this one for now.

New Makeup.. Masacra

Don't you just love new makeup?

Mascara, for me is just one of those products that i only like to use one at a time. I still buy them and just have a little stock pile in my makeup trolley. Ive been good this time and ive only got 2 backups and the one im using. (Although ive seen a few I want to get).

I love the "new makeup feeling". The first time you open the packaging to new makeup, the fact it hasn't (for mascara anyway) gone all goopy around the lid, the oooh its new and could it be an amazing product?

But I do find myself getting attached after using one product for a period of time. Then i think well I like this one maybe I should buy another one of these because I know I like it, but then I know ive already fot a few backups and ones which I know I want to try so have to talk myself out of it. Does anyone else get this? Or is it just me?

Im currently using Max Factor - False lash effect mascara and I do really like it, first one ive tryed with the plastic brush. Im at work for 14 hours a day (only 3 days a week) and yesterday I wore this all day and it didn't budge and still looked great by the end of my shift. I have to admit I don't normally wear makeup to work just for the hassle of it. Most makeup has to be reapplied which I wouldn't have time for, I already wake up just after 5am and would have to wake up earlyer to apply. I love makeup (as you proberly already gather) so my 4 days off are spent pampering myself and taking time to make myself up.

The other mascara ive brought is a MAC Pro Lash one, ive heard bad things about MAC's mascaras, but one product for one person could be horrible but for someone else could be fantastic, so I wanted to try it out for myself. Im unsure which one I will try next, but I will tell you how my experience goes with this one.

The last but not least is the Max Factor Xperience volume mascara. being the same brand as the one im currently using I would hope this to be just as good, but you never can tell. I haven't heard much about this one but the odd good comment. It was one of those out shopping moments and "yeah why not" sprung to mind.

Valintines Day

My boyfriend and I didn't do much for Valintines day we just stayed in and i cooked spaghetti bolognese and decorated the kitchen as a suprise. The 12 red roses are from him, delivered at 9am in the morning! I didn't expect them at all and I loooove flowers so was a very happy bunny.

I wore a grey body con skirt from Topshop, black cardigan from Warehouse and a pink corst from French Connection with some basic black tights. The picture i took didn't come out very well but ill put it up anyway.

For makeup i wore MAC face and body foundation in N1, Benefit blush in Coralista, Benefit bronzer in Hoola, MAC Studio finish concealer spf 35 in NW15, MAC mineralize skinfinish natural in light. MAC mineralize skinfinish in soft and gentle, Urban Decay liquid eyeliner in oil slick, Urban Decay primer potion, MAC eyeshadows in smut, sketch, crystal avalanche and pink venus, masacra was Maxfactor false lash effect. For my lips i wore MAC kissable lipcolour in enchantee (not seen in picture).

New OPI collection

OPI are releasing two new collections in the comming months, Pirates of the Caribbean and Femme De Cirque. With the Pirates of the Caribbean collection there will be a new shatter top coat (as in picture above) which i am definatly looking forward to, i wanted to buy the recently released black shatter nail varnish which was released with the Katy Perry collection, but black on my nails just isn't my thing. This on the other hand i think would look great. Im not sure how opaque it is going to be but i will be buying this!

My latest colletion of MAC products..

The lipstick is called Lickable, its a cremesheen and is so nice! This is my first bright lipstick, and i love it already worn it about 4 times. Then we have the blush in Posey, its a blushcreme, never tryed any sort of blushcreme but i love them, glad i brought the 188 brush with this though as im quite pale and need it to blend flawlessly into my skin.

Baby Mice!

Our mice are about 3 weeks old now, and i tryed taking some photos but they are so fast its really hard to take a good photo and get it to focus on the mouse. We have 9 all together 3 brown, 2 brown and white, 2 black and white and 2 white.

Ive also been shopping recently and brought some MAC things, 1 top and a few other bits so will take a few pictures to show you.
